Bob Titchenell and Mike Taylor met at Dickinson College and founded T&T Solutions in 2005 to bring enterprise-level expertise to businesses that can’t afford an enterprise consulting firm.
Since then we’ve helped dozens of start-ups and small businesses get online and grow, and we built BarFinder.com into a national platform.
Today we focus on what matters most to our clients: using AI wisely, modernizing aging technology, and running leaner.

Bob Titchenell
Co-Founder · Technology
A technology executive with 25+ years of experience in cloud, data, and AI transformation. Bob has held senior technical roles in the federal government and the Intelligence Community, including technical director, chief engineer, and program manager on mission-critical systems. He is also CTO of Elevera Health, a multi-state telehealth clinic, and the founder and architect of BarFinder.com.

Mike Taylor
Co-Founder · Strategy, Analytics & Operations
A senior energy trader with nearly 20 years building quantitative strategies, analytics, and financial models in U.S. wholesale power markets. As an independent consultant he advised firms on analytics, risk, and operations, and helped set up trading companies and recommended changes to them.
BA in International Business & Management, Dickinson College. Leads process, analytics, and operations work.
