Privacy Policy

How T&T Solutions LLC collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website or work with us. We’ve written it in plain English.

Effective November 7, 2026.

Who we are

T&T Solutions LLC (“T&T Solutions,” “we,” “us”) is a technology consulting firm based in Virginia. This policy covers tandtsolutionsllc.com and the services we provide. You can reach us about privacy at any time through our contact form (choose “Privacy or legal question”).

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message, plus your company, phone number, and the service you’re interested in if you provide them.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site uses cookies and similar technologies through Google Analytics. These record things like the pages you visit, how long you stay, the website that referred you, your general location (city or region), and your device and browser type.

Information you share during an engagement. When we work with you, especially during a Cyber Defense & Privacy Assessment, we may see information about your accounts, devices, settings, and networks. The section on assessments below explains how we handle it.

How we use information

  • To reply to your inquiry and provide the services you ask for
  • To prepare proposals, reports, and invoices
  • To understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it
  • To protect our website and contact form from spam and abuse
  • To meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with anyone for their own advertising.

Services that help us run the site

We use a small number of trusted providers. They handle information only to provide their service to us:

  • Google Analytics measures website traffic using cookies. Google may collect information about your online activity over time and across different websites. You can opt out with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
  • Google reCAPTCHA protects our forms from spam by checking for automated activity. Its use is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
  • Google Fonts provides the typefaces on our site, so your browser connects to Google’s servers to load them.
  • Our web hosting and email delivery providers store our website and deliver contact form messages to us.

You can read how Google uses information at policies.google.com/privacy. We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or merger of our business, in which case this policy would continue to apply.

Cyber Defense & Privacy Assessments

Assessments involve sensitive information, so we hold ourselves to stricter rules:

  • We never ask for your passwords. You sign in to your own accounts while we guide you.
  • We don’t record review sessions unless you agree in writing beforehand.
  • We don’t enter personal information into AI tools. AI tools help us analyze de-identified findings, such as which security settings are missing, and draft your report. Your name, account details, and other personal information stay out of them.
  • Your report is confidential. We share it only with you and the people you authorize.
  • We keep assessment notes and reports for 12 months after we deliver your report, so we can answer follow-up questions, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

How long we keep information

  • Contact form inquiries: 24 months from your last message, unless you become a client
  • Assessment notes and reports: 12 months after delivery, as described above
  • Client project and billing records: as long as needed for the engagement and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements
  • Google Analytics data: according to the retention period set in our Google Analytics account

How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including access controls and multi-factor authentication on our own accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and will tell you promptly if a breach affects it.

Your choices

  • Access, correction, and deletion: ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, through our contact form (choose “Privacy or legal question”). We’ll respond within 30 days. We may keep information we’re legally required to keep.
  • Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s opt-out add-on. The site will still work.
  • Do Not Track: our site doesn’t currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, because there is no common industry standard for them.

Children

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Visitors outside the United States

We are based in the United States and store information here. If you contact us from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. We’ll post the updated version here with a new effective date, and if the changes are significant, we’ll point them out at the top of this page.
